The Full Story

Hi, I’m Shelbie Cooper, the coach behind Cooper Fitness.

 

I know what it feels like to want lasting change, to look in the mirror and wonder if you’ll ever feel strong, confident, and comfortable in your own skin again. That's how I felt after having my first baby. I decided enough was enough and took back control. Now, my mission is to help women cut through the confusion of diets, quick fixes, and not knowing where to start, so they can finally build a body that feels like theirs again—strong, capable, and healthy.

 

As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in helping women who want to:

 

  • Lose body fat while building muscle

  • Learn how to fuel your body properly

  • Build lean muscle and strength (yes, even if you’ve never lifted before!)

  • Navigate postpartum fitness and feel confident after baby

  • Finally create a healthy routine that lasts

 

 

I believe in changing your lifestyle to curate the permanent changes you want to see. That’s why my coaching focuses on simple, sustainable habits that deliver real results without endless cardio or giving up your favorite foods.

 

Most importantly, I want my clients to know they don’t have to do it alone. I’ll be your coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner every step of the way.
